Senior Program Manager, Business Transformation (ACM) (PTC Windchill)

Location: Onsite in Lafayette, Colorado or Mounds View, Minnesota, United States; travel up to 25% required.

Salary: $178,400–$267,600 per year, plus eligibility for the hirify.global Incentive Plan.

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional business transformation programs supporting product lifecycle management, digital enablement, and operational improvement.
• Develop program roadmaps, governance structures, resource plans, success metrics, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms.
• Partner with business stakeholders, information technology teams, and external partners on enterprise system implementations and process enhancements.
• Lead requirements validation, design reviews, testing, user acceptance testing, deployment planning, and post-deployment support.
• Manage program risks, dependencies, issues, and mitigation activities to maintain delivery commitments.
• Drive process standardization, workflow optimization, data quality improvements, and sustained adoption across functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, business administration, information systems, or a related discipline with at least 7 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading large-scale business transformation, enterprise system implementation, or digital transformation programs.
• Experience implementing or deploying Product Lifecycle Management platforms such as PTC Windchill or similar enterprise solutions.
• Experience partnering across business and information technology organizations to gather requirements, implement solutions, and improve processes.
• Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional programs through planning, execution, deployment, and adoption.
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization is required at hire and throughout employment; sponsorship is not available for this Senior-level role.

Nice to have

• Experience with PLM, Product Data Management, ERP, SAP, Application Lifecycle Management, or related enterprise platforms.
• Experience deploying enterprise software in the medical device industry or another highly regulated environment.
• Experience managing global initiatives across multiple geographic regions.
• Experience developing operational metrics, governance processes, performance reporting frameworks, and enterprise-wide change initiatives.
