Staff Product Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid in New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, or Chicago; in-person work required Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Salary: $145,500–$194,000 in Los Angeles or Chicago; $161,250–$215,000 in the Bay Area or New York, plus equity, benefits, and a company bonus program.

What you will do

• Translate the Ecosystem Health vision into product strategy and roadmaps covering platform integrity, fraud prevention, moderation, authenticity, and user trust.
• Lead complex product initiatives from problem definition through launch and iteration across multiple teams.
• Build and improve AI/ML-powered detection and moderation systems for harmful behavior at scale.
• Develop user-facing products for verification, age assurance, reporting, and privacy controls.
• Define ecosystem health metrics, identify emerging risks, and prioritize work using data and measurable outcomes.
• Partner with Engineering, Data Science, Customer Experience, Legal, Privacy, and Marketing.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, including ownership of complex consumer products or platforms at scale.
• Experience in trust and safety, fraud prevention, risk, identity, marketplace integrity, or a related domain.
• Experience translating broad direction into product strategy, multi-quarter roadmaps, and shipped outcomes.
• Strong technical and analytical judgment, including work with engineers and data scientists on automated decision systems, model performance, platform architecture, and operational tooling.
• Experience defining success metrics, analyzing large or complex datasets, and making evidence-based product tradeoffs.
• Ability to create clarity and momentum across senior stakeholders without direct authority.

Nice to have

• Experience building products for sensitive or adversarial environments involving user-generated content, account authenticity, age assurance, scams, abuse, or regulatory risk.
• Background in data science, machine learning, software engineering, or highly technical product environments.
• Experience actively using AI tools in product workflows.
