Associate ETF Specialist

Location: Downers Grove, Illinois, United States; hybrid schedule with at least four full days per week in an hirify.global office

Salary: $80,000–$100,000 per year, plus incentive pay

What you will do

• Support ETF Specialists with territory management, client meeting preparation, and responses to product, performance, and fund analysis requests.
• Provide coverage across client geographies and retail distribution channels, including broker-dealers, RIAs, and private client groups.
• Respond to internal sales desk inquiries and help expand client reach and coverage.
• Partner with Marketing, Insights, and Analytics on commercialization and client ETF data analysis.
• Educate internal and external partners on investment strategies, product positioning, and portfolio implementation across hirify.global’s ETF range.
• Deliver individual and group presentations explaining and differentiating hirify.global’s ETF platform.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in business, finance, or a related discipline.
• 1–4 years of sales or financial services experience; prior ETF experience and knowledge are highly preferred.
• Series 7 and 63 licenses are preferred and must be obtained within three months of hire.
• Strong knowledge of ETFs, capital markets, portfolio analytics, and investment research.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills.
