Client Investment Research Associate (Investment Research)

Location: New York City, United States; onsite four days per week. A subset of teams operates on a hybrid schedule alternating between New York City and Westport campuses.

Salary: $130,000–$260,000 annual wage range, inclusive of base salary and discretionary target bonus. Expected base salary is 70%–80% of this range.

What you will do

• Design analytical approaches to complex investment questions and execute research from framing through synthesis.
• Partner with Strategists, co-CIOs, and asset-class research teams to develop content for client engagements.
• Synthesize hirify.global’s macro outlook into investment narratives tailored to each institution’s goals and constraints.
• Develop independent views on markets, institutional asset allocation, portfolio construction, and the macroeconomic environment.
• Advise sovereign wealth funds, public pensions, endowments, and other institutional allocators on strategic and tactical portfolio decisions.
• At senior levels, develop junior analysts, set quality standards, and contribute to investment research priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a strong academic and extracurricular track record.
• Demonstrated interest in and understanding of markets and investing, including the ability to form independent views.
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, well-structured investment narratives.
• Creativity, strong problem-solving instincts, and analytical and quantitative capability with financial and economic data.
• Intellectual curiosity about institutional investment decisions and portfolio construction.
• Ability to work onsite primarily at the New York City campus four days per week.
