Senior Community Engagement Manager (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Own the growth and day-to-day management of the online community for security professionals, customers, and partners.
• Develop engagement programs including AMAs, virtual events, member spotlights, discussion threads, and product feedback forums.
• Expand and manage the Social Ambassador Program, recruiting advocates and providing enablement resources, content, and incentives.
• Plan and execute organic social media activity across LinkedIn and YouTube, including copy, graphics, short-form video, and content calendars.
• Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, Learning, PR, and Sales teams to distribute resources and maintain a consistent brand voice.
• Measure community health, ambassador activity, engagement, reach, ROI, and organic social performance.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in community management, social media, or brand advocacy, preferably in B2B technology or cybersecurity.
• Demonstrated success growing online communities and driving measurable engagement.
• Experience managing or expanding ambassador or advocacy programs.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills, including the ability to explain complex technical topics clearly to professional audiences.
• Experience with community platforms such as Khoros, Higher Logic, Discourse, or similar tools.
• Working knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and proficiency with tools such as Sprout Social, Totango, or Salesforce.
