Global Process Owner (AI)

Location: San Jose, Costa Rica; hybrid work model with regular on-site and off-site work

hirify.global is a technology corporation seeking a process owner to support business strategy, operational performance, and cross-functional growth initiatives.

What you will do

• Support business strategy development and execution for long-term business-unit growth.
• Define strategic targets and roadmaps, monitor performance, and benchmark results using internal, external, and market data.
• Analyze market trends, competitors, products, and target audiences to identify opportunities and build competitive advantage.
• Coordinate cross-functional strategy projects, tracking delivery, compliance, timelines, and budgets.
• Prepare market assessments, growth plans, financial data models, go-to-market proposals, reports, and executive presentations.
• Build business cases and long-form narratives to secure alignment from senior leaders and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience, master's degree with 4+ years, or PhD with 2+ years of professional experience.
• Experience in business domains, project or program management, or data-driven methodologies.
• Intermediate expertise in project and program management techniques and analytical methodologies.
• Advanced knowledge of AI tools such as Copilot or Gemini, Power BI, data visualization, reporting, and insights-delivery software.
• Work authorization must not require hirify.global immigration sponsorship; this position is not eligible for hirify.global immigration sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Cross-functional experience with Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations.
• Vendor governance, vendor management, stakeholder alignment, and change management experience.
• Experience with dashboard monitoring, deck building, and storyboarding for executive presentations.
• Knowledge of emerging business operations and project management methodologies.
