Head of Infrastructure and DevOps

What you will do

• Lead the DevOps and Infrastructure teams supporting the development, deployment, and operation of the platform.
• Ensure the availability, scalability, and reliability of staging and production environments.
• Define and enforce SRE and DevOps practices, including rigorous CI/CD testing and review processes.
• Improve CI/CD and staging infrastructure availability to 99.9% and product availability to 99.99%.
• Accelerate CI/CD pipelines and environments while implementing effective disaster recovery procedures.
• Build and manage distributed engineering teams, strengthening hiring, coaching, technical guidance, and career development.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience leading a team in a fast-growing multinational IT business.
• At least 5 years of DevOps and SRE experience with high-RPS distributed products.
• Hands-on experience building complex CI/CD pipelines, implementing Infrastructure as Code, and applying deployment strategies.
• Experience creating secure development environments and maintaining scalable cloud applications.
• Practical experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Data-driven decision-making skills and the ability to build relationships with neighboring teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with .NET Core, MongoDB, Vue, Kafka, Elasticsearch, GitLab CI, Prometheus, VictoriaMetrics, Jaeger, or Kubernetes.
