Head of Infrastructure and DevOps (AWS/Kubernetes)

What you will do

• Lead the DevOps and Infrastructure teams responsible for development, deployment, and operation of the platform.
• Maintain the availability, scalability, and reliability of staging and production environments.
• Define and enforce SRE and DevOps practices, including rigorous CI/CD testing and review processes.
• Improve staging and product availability, disaster recovery, and deployment reliability.
• Accelerate CI/CD pipelines and reduce lead time across environments.
• Build and develop a distributed engineering team across regions and time zones through hiring, coaching, and technical guidance.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience leading teams in a fast-growing multinational IT business.
• At least 5 years of DevOps and SRE experience with high-RPS distributed products.
• Hands-on experience building complex CI/CD pipelines, implementing Infrastructure as Code, and applying deployment strategies.
• Experience creating secure development environments and maintaining large-scale cloud applications.
• Practical experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions, collaborate with neighboring teams, and manage cross-team agreements.

Nice to have

• Experience with .NET Core, MongoDB, Vue, Kafka, Elasticsearch, GitLab CI, Prometheus, VictoriaMetrics, Jaeger, and Kubernetes.
