Mortgage Loan Officer (Mortgages)

Location: Akron, Ohio, United States; in-office position

Base salary: $37,440 per year, plus incentive compensation based on company, business, and/or individual performance.

What you will do

• Recommend mortgage loan solutions in line with lending guidelines and customer requirements.
• Manage customer relationships, identify prospective opportunities, and conduct sales calls.
• Prepare loan solutions, refer related products and services, and review documentation for compliance.
• Manage the customer pipeline and coordinate mortgage transactions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Collect and analyze financial information for multifaceted and complex borrowers.

Requirements

• University or college degree with less than one year of professional experience and/or successful completion of a formal development program; equivalent education, certifications, experience, or military service may be considered.
• Knowledge of mortgage products, banking products, financial analysis, loan origination, sales, and customer relationship management.
• Ability to communicate effectively, manage customer experience, assess risk, and develop customized customer solutions.
• Must work in the Akron, Ohio office environment.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.
• No required degree, certification, license, or language assessment is specified.
