Communications Lead Sr- Brand Communications

Location: In-office role based in Pittsburgh, PA, or Chicago, IL

Salary: $91,000–$202,800 per year

What you will do

• Set the strategic communications direction for hirify.global’s national brand, sponsorships, and entertainment-related storytelling.
• Develop and execute integrated paid, earned, shared, and owned communications campaigns.
• Build narratives for national media, customers, employees, executives, and other stakeholders.
• Lead proactive media strategy, including story development, reporter engagement, interview preparation, issues management, and impact measurement.
• Use reputation and communications analytics to develop strategic recommendations.
• Manage and develop communications talent while coordinating with internal teams, agencies, and external partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• Typically 8+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Experience with strategic communications planning, media relations, branding, storytelling, copywriting, and editing.
• Ability to advise executives, influence business leaders, manage risk, and coordinate with legal, compliance, finance, and other partners.
• Must work in the office in Pittsburgh, PA, or Chicago, IL.
