Supervisor, Resource Coordination (Healthcare)

Location: Remote in Texas; candidates must reside in Texas and be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship

Salary: $63,600–$114,600 per year

What you will do

• Supervise community and resource coordination activities, including member outreach and connection to local resources.
• Assign coordination tasks according to state and contractual requirements and member needs.
• Work with care management teams to support effective and appropriate member care.
• Ensure compliance with state and regulatory guidelines and standards.
• Coach, guide, and evaluate team members, including feedback on performance, goals, and career milestones.
• Support onboarding, hiring, and training for community and resource coordination staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of related experience, or equivalent applicable experience.
• Must reside in Texas.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.
• Experience supporting community resources, member outreach, care coordination, or related healthcare services.
• Ability to guide teams and maintain compliance with state and contractual requirements.
