Staff Pharmacist

Location: Onsite at 10600 W 21ST ST N, Wichita, Kansas, United States

Salary: $98,000–$172,000 annually for a 40-hour workweek, prorated for different schedules, plus potential annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

What you will do

• Provide pharmaceutical care, process prescriptions, and accurately dispense medications.
• Counsel customers on healthcare needs and prescription medications.
• Administer immunizations and other pharmacy programs.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, HIPAA, PHI, and applicable regulations.
• Model effective customer service and guide pharmacy staff.
• Participate in community outreach and health-related activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, PharmD, or equivalent FPGE through NABP.
• Pharmacy license required by the job entry date.
• Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program.
• Proficiency in pharmaceutical care and implementation of best practices.
• Ability to build relationships, adapt to patient needs, and address varied medical concerns.
