What you will do

• Ensure compliance with clinical operations requirements from OSHA, the Department of Transportation, the CDC, and other applicable regulators.
• Manage occupational health records, equipment, medical files, and related programs.
• Provide or coordinate physical evaluations and healthcare services that support employee health and return to work.
• Maintain OSHA records and reports while documenting patient data in electronic medical record systems.
• Support restricted-duty accommodations and return-to-work options in collaboration with Environmental Health and Safety, Operations, and Human Resources.
• Develop injury prevention, health surveillance, and health promotion strategies for workplace hazards.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted state license as a registered nurse
• At least 2 years of experience in a healthcare field
• Basic understanding of federal and state occupational and environmental health and safety regulations
• Proficiency with electronic medical record systems
• BLS certification
• Strong customer service, written communication, verbal communication, and professional skills

Nice to have

• Occupational health and case management experience
