Technology Development Program - Infrastructure & Cloud Engineering Track

Location: Bloomfield, Connecticut, United States; hybrid schedule with at least three onsite days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday, and one additional chosen day

Salary: $25.00–$33.00 per hour

What you will do

• Contribute to the design, deployment, and support of secure, scalable technology environments.
• Work with cloud platforms, automation tools, and enterprise infrastructure supporting healthcare technology.
• Participate in structured technical training, leadership development, and track-specific curriculum.
• Collaborate with mentors, peers, and cross-functional partners on innovation, onboarding, recruiting, and community initiatives.
• Build professional relationships through networking, mentorship, and cross-functional activities.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Cloud Computing, Network and Systems Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Foundational understanding of cloud computing and familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language, such as Python, Java, JavaScript, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Knowledge of Git, analytical problem-solving, collaboration, and technical communication.
• Must be available for a 40-hour work week from May 24, 2027, Monday through Friday, and meet the onsite schedule.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship; H-1B, CPT, OPT, and STEM OPT sponsorship are not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including Scrum.
• Understanding of continuous integration and test-driven development.
• GPA of 3.3 or higher.
