Salary: $129,500–$186,100 per year, plus potential performance-based bonus and restricted stock unit awards.

What you will do

• Partner with Support Services leadership to connect enterprise CXE strategy with operational execution.
• Maintain prioritization across analytics, capacity, readiness, and operations, clarifying dependencies and trade-offs.
• Shape incoming work and prepare decision-ready recommendations covering options, impacts, risks, and trade-offs.
• Drive adoption of decisions and operational changes, ensuring sustained behavioral change.
• Coordinate enablement and readiness efforts with CXE Centers of Excellence.
• Surface risks, define success measures, and synthesize lessons learned for future planning.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in business partnering, operations, strategy, or program leadership in complex, matrixed environments.
• Ability to translate strategy into coordinated, adoptable operational action.
• Strong prioritization and systems-thinking skills across workstreams, dependencies, and constraints.
• Experience influencing senior leaders, framing trade-offs, and driving alignment without formal authority.
• Operational understanding of service delivery, implementation, managed services, or customer-facing operations.
• Proven ability to drive and sustain organizational change.

• Experience in support services, customer operations, or similar service delivery environments.
• Excellent communication, synthesis, and decision-narrative skills.
