Business Analyst III (Healthcare)

Location: Remote, Missouri (U.S.)

Salary: $70,100–$126,200 per year

What you will do

• Analyze business needs, user requirements, procedures, and operational data for assigned functions.
• Support business initiatives through data analysis, implementation-barrier identification, and user acceptance testing.
• Analyze multiple projects, recommend business solutions, and support successful system implementations.
• Improve performance management and operational reporting for new business implementation processes.
• Coordinate with business units on the development and delivery of training programs.
• Act as a subject matter expert, support process redesign, and update departmental policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years of business process or data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.
• Ability to travel.
• Knowledge of SQL and Snowflake queries and basic coding skills are preferred.
• Working knowledge of Power BI and NCQA data is preferred.

Nice to have

• Power BI report-building and design experience.
• Project management experience.
• Healthcare data analysis experience.
