Salary: CAD $62,743.77–$88,694.77 per year

What you will do

• Plan and execute recruitment strategies for professional, technical, and management positions.
• Build qualified candidate pipelines using proactive and passive sourcing channels.
• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders across locations and business functions.
• Screen candidates, administer selection assessments, and support evaluation processes.
• Maintain recruitment documentation, compliance, reporting, and staffing metrics.
• Represent the organization at recruiting events and support talent management projects, surveys, start-ups, and site visits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred; a high school diploma or GED with 8+ years of relevant experience may substitute.
• At least 6 years of professional Talent Acquisition experience preferred.
• Experience with web-based applicant tracking systems; Taleo experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Functional French, written and spoken, is required for incumbents residing in Quebec.
