Regional Manager (Energy Infrastructure)

Location: North East, United States, with locations in Pembroke, NH; Philadelphia, PA; Pittsburgh, PA; South Windsor, CT; and Watertown, CT. Frequent travel to project sites is required.

Salary: $157,000–$216,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Plan, monitor, and manage long-term strategic projects and programs from initiation through completion.
• Secure the resources required for successful project delivery.
• Manage resources, budgets, risks, and project changes using formal processes and tools.
• Lead project teams, including hiring, training, and employee development.
• Drive project success, profitability, client satisfaction, and safe execution.
• Travel frequently to project sites across the region.

Requirements

• 10+ years of project management experience, preferably in pipeline, energy, or heavy civil construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project scheduling software.
• Strong leadership, team management, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Focus on client satisfaction and project profitability.
• Willingness to travel frequently to project sites.
