2027 Summer Intern - Corporate, Financial, and Government Ratings

Location: New York, New York; in-person Monday through Thursday with the option to work remotely on Fridays

Base pay: $26 per hour at the commencement of employment

hirify.global is a credit rating agency covering corporate, financial, government, and other non-structured finance sectors.

What you will do

• Gather, input, and analyze data supporting credit rating team operations.
• Assist with surveillance and new issuance deal workflows.
• Support analysts in preparing credit committee materials.
• Test analytical models and tools and work on sample credit reports.
• Present mock transactions in committee-style settings.
• Complete and present a capstone project to senior staff.

Requirements

• Undergraduate concentration in finance, accounting, business, economics, or real estate.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong interest in data and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to take initiative, work independently, and collaborate with others.
• Immigration-related sponsorship and work authorization support are not provided, including H-1B, OPT, STEM OPT, CPT, TN, and J-1 support.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with generative AI tools such as ChatGPT for research, data insights, and productivity.
