2027 Summer Associate (Intern) - Corporate Finance - Healthcare Transaction Advisory - Nashville, TN

Location: Nashville, TN, United States. Onsite role with up to 25% travel. Candidates must have legal authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.

Salary: $30–35 per hour.

What you will do

• Support buy-side and sell-side healthcare transaction advisory and diligence engagements.
• Perform quality of earnings analysis, financial trend analysis, working capital analysis, financial statement reviews, and business plan assessments.
• Build financial models, manage multiple engagement tasks, and prepare reports, written analyses, presentations, and other client deliverables.
• Collaborate with transaction advisory specialists, BRG experts, other professional firms, and client contacts.
• Assist with purchase price adjustment analysis, deal structuring insights, client pitches, marketing, and practice development.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism, ethics, quality, and integrity.

Requirements

• Progress toward a bachelor's or master's degree in Accounting or Finance, with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and July 2028.
• Strong data analysis, problem-solving, written communication, and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize changing demands, and work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to interact with senior management and manage processes and other staff.
• Legal right to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship.
