Remote Customer Service Representative-Fitness

Location: United States; Remote

Salary: $15 per hour

What you will do

• Respond to inbound calls from members, fitness clubs, and health plans.
• Explain ASH Fitness products and programs and answer questions according to established policies and procedures.
• Record call information, coordinate member co-pays or payments, and forward documentation for follow-up when needed.
• Research complex questions, escalate difficult issues, and complete follow-up within required timeframes.
• Participate in departmental meetings and coordinate with other ASH departments, clubs, and members.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED certificate.
• At least one year of customer service experience.
• Basic experience using Microsoft Office.
• Ability to communicate clearly, listen effectively, organize work, multitask, manage time, and maintain confidentiality.
• Must be able to work from home in the United States in a designated work area.
• Must have a stable internet connection with at least 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds and support video meetings.
