Salary: $61,200–$91,800 per year

What you will do

• Collect and submit DBA claims to the Department of Labor and ensure timely processing.
• Communicate with insurance carriers regarding incidents, claims, and investigations.
• Support the planning, training, and implementation of ANSI, ICoCA, ISO, and customer quality standards.
• Maintain standardized quality assurance policies, procedures, and compliance documentation.
• Track safety incidents, analyze key metrics, and support corrective actions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of business experience.
• Basic knowledge of statistics and statistical processes.
• Knowledge of federal and state regulatory and contractual requirements, including ANSI PSC 1-2012 standards.
• Strong written and oral communication, problem-solving, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Must be able to work remotely from the United States and perform required functions at company offices or work sites when applicable.
