Tax Analyst Team Lead

What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of tax analysts analyzing tax data, identifying trends, improving reporting, and delivering business insights.
• Coach and mentor team members through regular feedback, guidance, and support.
• Review reporting and analyses for quality, accuracy, and data integrity.
• Monitor workflow and team performance to keep projects on track and meet deadlines.
• Partner with department management to implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of analyst experience.
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel.
• Strong multitasking, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to work on-site at the Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin headquarters.

Nice to have

• Previous supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of Power BI.
