What you will do

• Support the Cyber Resiliency Office for Weapon Systems (CROWS) at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base.
• Coordinate with AFLCMC personnel offices, functional leads, Air Force Personnel Center representatives, and other CROWS stakeholders.
• Track, report, and support manpower planning, hiring, personnel management activities, and manpower authorization transfers.
• Plan and record personnel allocations across participating manpower centers and build briefings for working groups and leadership.
• Support DoD and Department of the Air Force program and project analysis, including planning and organizing activities.
• Assist CROWS staff with cyber resiliency, vulnerability, risk, and personnel-related initiatives.

Requirements

• Active or current Secret security clearance required.
• Master’s or doctorate in a related field plus 10 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in the DoD; or a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field plus 12 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in the DoD; or 15 years of directly related experience with required certifications, including 8 years in the DoD.
• Human resources certificate.
• Experience with DoD personnel actions and civilian manpower systems, including GS and Acq Demo.
• Experience with manpower authorization transfers, unit manning documents, military assignments, permanent changes of assignment, and permanent changes of station.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently, with demonstrated conflict resolution, problem-solving, critical thinking, creative thinking, and multitasking skills.
