Operations Analyst (Financial Services)

Location: Remote in Maryland, United States

Salary: USD 60,000–65,000 annually, plus potential discretionary bonus and/or equity awards.

What you will do

• Analyze incoming information and provide accurate, consistent data to clients.
• Operate the internet-based Black Diamond Performance Reporting application.
• Reconcile client transactional data daily and research submitted data points.
• Monitor nightly data jobs for accuracy and completion.
• Coordinate with internal and external groups to deliver service to clients.
• Assist with system and product development enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Problem-solving and analytical mindset.
• Finance or accounting experience is preferred.
• Must be based in Maryland, United States for the remote role.
