Sr. Pricing Analyst, Global Pricing Strategy (Fintech)

Location: Foster City, California, United States; at least 3 days per week in the office. Travel required 5–10% of the time.

Salary: $129,200–$206,700 USD per year, with potential bonus, equity, and sales incentive payments where applicable.

What you will do

• Operate and improve pricing governance processes, including intake management, approvals, documentation, meetings, and decision tracking.
• Review pricing proposals, identify risks and policy considerations, and support governance decisions.
• Coordinate with Product, Finance, Client Services, Legal, and other stakeholders to advance pricing initiatives.
• Develop reporting and KPIs covering pricing effectiveness, process efficiency, approval timelines, and execution quality.
• Lead cross-functional pricing strategy initiatives, including opportunity identification, strategic analysis, modeling, forecasting, and business cases.
• Communicate recommendations to business leaders and support enterprise priorities, innovation adoption, and ecosystem incentives.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience with an advanced degree or PhD.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, forecasting, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience synthesizing complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Ability to work independently in ambiguous environments and manage competing priorities across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong collaboration, leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to work from the Foster City office at least 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services, payments, strategy consulting, or a related field.
• Curiosity about trends, innovations, and challenges in payments and money movement.
• Practical experience using AI tools to accelerate analysis, improve modeling efficiency, and enhance insight generation.
