Integrated Master Scheduler

What you will do

• Co-develop, maintain, and manage the Integrated Master Schedule across complex programs.
• Coordinate program milestones, product deliverables, dependencies, timelines, budgets, and objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, product leaders, and engineers to define scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Communicate progress, status, risks, and potential issues to stakeholders and leadership.
• Apply agile project management methodologies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and mitigate risks to program timelines and support critical project milestones.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, systems engineering, business, project management, or a related field.
• Experience in program scheduling, project management, or related roles, with a strong focus on integrated master scheduling.
• Experience managing large, complex programs or projects with multiple workstreams and dependencies.
• Experience working in an agile environment and translating agile practices into effective scheduling.
• Expertise with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Jira Advanced Roadmaps, or similar scheduling tools.
• Advanced reporting experience, including custom reports, Power BI dashboards, and schedule analysis tools.
