Sr. DevOps Engineer

Location: McLean/Tysons, Virginia, United States; on-site 4–5 days per week

Salary: $100,000–$200,000 USD annually, plus potential clearance differential and discretionary bonus

What you will do

• Lead the installation, operation, management, and scaling of the hirify.global platform across federal customer environments.
• Architect and deploy infrastructure across AWS, Google Compute Engine, and Microsoft Azure.
• Automate patching, host maintenance, security operations, and configuration management using scripting and programming.
• Administer, tune, and optimize PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, and SQL Server databases for high-volume enterprise workloads.
• Advise federal customers and executive stakeholders on platform capabilities and mission requirements.
• Guide secure cloud and custom on-premise installations.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship and an active Top Secret government security clearance, or higher, with the ability to maintain it.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience administering, scripting, patching, and managing enterprise hosts, databases, and interconnected cloud networks.
• Active CompTIA Security+ certification or willingness to complete it immediately after onboarding.
• Expertise with Linux and Windows systems administration.
• Strong verbal, written, and face-to-face customer communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience administering and troubleshooting on-premise hirify.global or similar enterprise process-engine platforms.
• Practical experience with Kubernetes, container orchestration, and microservice deployments.
• Experience with Salesforce or ServiceNow.
