Director, Marketing (Healthcare Software)

Location: Remote within the United States. Candidates located within 50 miles of the headquarters in Overland Park, Kansas participate in the in-office collaboration experience. Travel up to 20% may be required. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

What you will do

• Drive marketing strategy, positioning, messaging, and lead-generation programs for the solution portfolio.
• Develop demand-generation campaigns, content marketing, product marketing, and creative assets.
• Create messaging for web, sales, marketing, journals, professional events, social channels, and other external channels.
• Set content and campaign strategies and coordinate execution across the marketing organization.
• Collaborate with events teams, thought leaders, influencers, and key client accounts to strengthen engagement.
• Partner with sales and solutions management to build sales-enablement tools and monitor MQL generation, conversion, and influence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 8–10 years of relevant work experience.
• 4–5 years of relevant management experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.
• Ability to work additional or irregular hours as needed and comply with security policies.
• Ability to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods.
