Senior Project Manager

What you will do

• Translate customer requirements and contract terms into defined project scope, tasks, deliverables, and execution plans.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, forecasts, cost development, and changes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate customer communication, documentation, functional design specifications, drawings, acceptance test plans, and project reporting.
• Organize project teams, resources, kick-offs, periodic reviews, steering committees, and action tracking.
• Manage project risks and opportunities, mitigation strategies, lessons learned, assessments, and close-out reports.
• Coordinate engineering, suppliers, resale activities, commissioning, and the final handover to Customer Service and the customer.

Requirements

• Solid track record in project management.
• Experience managing project scope, schedules, budgets, costs, risks, resources, and contractual changes.
• Ability to coordinate with Contract Managers, Project Controllers, engineers, planners, Site Managers, EHS&S, suppliers, partners, and customers.
• Experience translating technical and contractual requirements into engineering deliverables, including layouts, emulation, order entry, drawings, and commissioning.
• Ability to prepare project status reports, monthly PSR workbooks, cost forecasts, execution plans, and close-out documentation.
