Data Engineer Specialist (Azure/Fabric)

Location: Remote from Brazil or Colombia

What you will do

• Own the complete Foundation Pod data chain from ingestion through Bronze, Silver, and Gold layers to the Power BI semantic layer.
• Build, optimize, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and Gold-certified datasets for BI and analytics.
• Develop and govern Power BI semantic models and dashboards, including advanced DAX.
• Implement data lakes, data warehouses, integration layers, automated quality checks, validation rules, and monitoring.
• Integrate ERP and CRM sources with third-party tools and analytics platforms while coordinating with the Data Architect on platform standards.
• Lead peer engineers, maintain pipeline SLAs and documentation, and optimize query performance and cloud costs.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and OneLake, or equivalent Azure data platform experience.
• Experience designing Bronze/Silver/Gold medallion architectures end to end.
• Expertise in Azure Data Factory pipeline design and data contract definition.
• Deep experience with Power BI semantic modeling and advanced DAX authoring.
• Practical experience integrating ERP and CRM source systems into a unified data platform.
• Professional English at B2 level or higher is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Infor SyteLine or Infor ION integrations.
• Experience with regulated or medical-device data in an ISO 13485 context.
• Familiarity with Bicep or Terraform and CI/CD for data pipelines.
• Experience with OneStream, Workday, or Fusion PLM.
