Enrollment Specialist (Healthcare AI)

Location: Remote within the lower 48 United States only. Schedule: 9:00am–5:30pm EST, Monday through Friday. Work must be performed in a private, quiet, and secure environment with reliable high-speed internet.

Salary: $24.03 per hour. Discretionary bonus potential of up to $833 per month after successfully completing the 90-day probationary period.

What you will do

• Make approximately 80–100 outbound calls each day to prospective members.
• Explain hirify.global services and benefits to eligible members and caregivers.
• Build trust through empathetic listening and enroll members in the program.
• Obtain consent, complete enrollment surveys, and document member needs and preferences.
• Identify and escalate urgent member needs according to care-team procedures.
• Participate in coaching and development sessions while meeting quality and productivity goals.

Requirements

• Experience in sales, or a recent college graduate with at least one year of experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong listening, communication, rapport-building, and objection-handling skills.
• Ability to meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
• Comfort with Zoom, Google Suite, Slack, and learning new technologies.
• Must be located within the lower 48 United States due to contractual limitations on accessing protected health information.
• Must work from a private, quiet, and secure environment with reliable high-speed internet.
