Salary: $148,000–$203,500 USD annually

What you will do

• Define the visual quality bar and visual language for Sportsbook across iOS, Android, and Web.
• Establish scalable principles for typography, color, hierarchy, layout, interaction, motion, and system feedback.
• Partner with Product Design, Product Management, Engineering, Brand, and Formation to guide shared product decisions.
• Explore emerging interaction models, AI capabilities, and platform technologies through rapid concept development.
• Establish AI-assisted design workflows, reusable libraries, templates, prompts, and tooling.
• Coach designers, influence engineering implementation, and represent Product Design in executive discussions.

Requirements

• Exceptional visual design portfolio demonstrating world-class digital product craft.
• Deep expertise in typography, layout, hierarchy, color, interaction design, motion design, and visual storytelling.
• Experience defining scalable visual systems, reusable interaction patterns, and design frameworks for large product ecosystems.
• Strong understanding of modern platform conventions and UI patterns across iOS, Android, and Web.
• Ability to balance brand expression, usability, accessibility, and business objectives while influencing senior stakeholders without formal management responsibility.
• Strong understanding of AI-assisted design workflows and experience partnering with engineering to achieve high-quality production implementation.
