Salary: $63,360–$114,120 per year for a full-time schedule. Location-specific ranges may apply in California, Colorado, Massachusetts, New York, Washington, and Washington, DC.

What you will do

• Design clear, intuitive, and visually cohesive interfaces for web and digital applications.
• Shape user flows across screens and define visual and interactive elements.
• Translate product requirements and user needs into usable, accessible, production-ready designs.
• Design at both the skeleton and surface levels of the experience.
• Apply and contribute to design systems and component libraries.
• Collaborate with design, delivery, product, and front-end engineering teams from concept through implementation.

Requirements

• Experience designing user interfaces for web or digital applications.
• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, layout, typography, color, and interaction design.
• Proficiency with industry-standard design and prototyping tools.
• Experience applying and contributing to design systems and component libraries.
• Ability to translate requirements into clear, production-ready interface designs.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a product or delivery environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with accessibility and inclusive design standards.
• Familiarity with usability testing and incorporating findings into interface design.
• Experience working closely with front-end engineers during implementation.
• Exposure to enterprise or complex digital products.
