Senior Implementation Engineer (AI)

Location: Remote within the USA; company office in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

What you will do

• Lead technical customer implementations from readiness and installation through configuration, integration, testing, acceptance, go-live, and stabilization.
• Configure and deploy customer environments across applications, infrastructure, networking, storage, identity, and integration components.
• Implement and troubleshoot integrations with customer infrastructure, storage platforms, identity systems, and upstream or downstream systems.
• Execute data migrations, imports, and transfers while validating completeness and integrity before cutover.
• Diagnose complex issues, identify risks and blockers, and coordinate resolution with customers, Product, Engineering, Technical Support, Solution Architects, and Project Managers.
• Develop scripts, automation, reusable deployment tools, documentation, and standards while mentoring Implementation Engineers.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise IT, technical implementation, solutions engineering, professional services, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with Linux and Windows, command-line operations, system troubleshooting, and scripting with Bash, PowerShell, Python, or similar technologies.
• Knowledge of web application architecture, networking, DNS, SSL/TLS, certificates, firewalls, proxies, identity, SSO, RBAC, and enterprise security.
• Experience deploying applications in AWS and/or Azure, including compute, storage, identity, databases, and networking.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases, enterprise storage, REST APIs or file-based interfaces, and Docker and/or Kubernetes.
• Ability to lead complex customer-facing implementations, communicate with technical and senior stakeholders, manage risks, and support multiple projects.

Nice to have

• Experience with healthcare or laboratory environments, including LIS, HL7/FHIR, clinical imaging, scanners, DICOM, or digital pathology workflows.
• Experience with Terraform, Ansible, infrastructure as code, or configuration management.
