Quality Assurance and Planning Logistics Analyst Intern (Analytics)

Location: Vancouver, Washington, United States; onsite in the Vancouver factory. The internship is full-time through mid-August and then part-time, up to 20 hours per week, through April 28, 2028.

Salary: $22–$25 per hour

What you will do

• Set up and improve databases for internal procedures and work instructions.
• Improve operator interaction with databases and make information easier to access.
• Train operators to use databases and locate required information.
• Create SAP, Excel, and Power BI reports tracking raw materials, corrugated materials, and finished goods in the onsite warehouse.
• Track roll stock utilization on printing presses and support FIFO management for raw materials.
• Analyze warehouse layouts, propose space and handling improvements, and identify internal logistics cost-saving opportunities.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and entering the final two years of university or college.
• Available to work full-time throughout the summer period.
• Relevant fields include industrial, manufacturing, mechanical, or computer engineering; computer science; information systems; data science; analytics; supply chain; operations management; logistics; transportation; or MIS.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and AI prompting.
• Experience with Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and some SAP is preferred for the Planning & Logistics internship.
