What you will do
- Monitor and analyze process quality performance, including defect trends, deviations, and non-conformances.
- Lead or support root cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions for quality issues.
- Partner with production, engineering, supply chain, and R&D to improve process capability and product consistency.
- Maintain quality procedures, standards, and control plans, and support process-change validation.
- Support internal and external audits, regulatory and customer quality requirements, and quality KPI reporting.
- Drive continuous improvement projects focused on waste reduction, process stability, risk prevention, and operator training.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, chemistry, or a related field.
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Strong cross-functional communication skills.
