New Grad Software Engineer (AI)

Location: Foster City, California, United States; hybrid with in-office attendance required on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday

Salary: $140,000–$180,000 base salary annually, plus equity and performance-based bonus

What you will do

• Build product features that make software creation accessible to a broad range of users.
• Develop an AI coding agent that understands intent and generates production-ready applications.
• Build cloud infrastructure for instant development environments and real-time collaboration at global scale.
• Develop platform features supporting one-click deployments and scaling to millions of users.
• Work across cross-functional teams while developing increasing technical ownership.

Requirements

• Recent graduation in 2027 with a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong programming skills in JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Go, or Rust.
• Full-stack experience with React, Node, and database technologies.
• Ability to solve complex operational problems systematically and communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Collaborative, autonomous, and growth-oriented approach to work.
• A Replit project must be submitted with the application.
