What you will do

• Build reinforcement learning, post-training, and high-volume data pipelines for frontier model development.
• Develop evaluation infrastructure to measure model reliability for enterprise and public-sector customers.
• Ship agentic AI applications and tooling for observability, testing, and safe deployment.
• Build fraud-detection systems, contributor-quality models, and matching algorithms at hirify.global.
• Create efficient UI/UX tooling combined with ML algorithms for large contributor workflows.
• Develop AI infrastructure products, customer-service RAG applications, and ML integrations for customer systems.

Requirements

• Graduation in Fall 2026 or Spring 2027 with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, EECS, Computer Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
• Product engineering experience building full-stack web applications, integrating APIs and services, working with customers, and iterating on product requirements.
• Previous product or software engineering internship experience.
• Experience shipping high-quality products and features at hirify.global and building systems that process large data volumes.
• Experience with Python, TypeScript, React, and/or MongoDB.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with LLMs, evaluations, or agentic systems through internships, research, or personal projects.
• Open-source contributions or a portfolio of shipped side projects.
