What you will do

• Provide personalized customer service throughout eyewear selection, fitting, education, and pickup.
• Assist with patient flow and pre-exam screenings in support of optometrists.
• Perform final eyewear adjustments, inspections, quality checks, and order preparation.
• Enter and track orders while maintaining organized, clean, and efficient retail and finishing areas.
• Resolve service and quality issues proactively and uphold store, visual, and operational standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in optical, retail, sales, or customer service.
• Fluent reading and speaking ability in both English and Spanish.
• Strong multitasking, time management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to educate customers, prioritize satisfaction, and support shared store goals.
