What you will do

• Provide product education and exceptional customer service while meeting sales goals.
• Maintain accurate patient records, follow up on orders, notify customers, and conduct weekly outreach.
• Reduce remakes, follow safety standards, and support operational excellence.
• Manage inventory, merchandising standards, and a clean, organized work environment.
• Mentor Apprentice Opticians as permitted by law.

Requirements

• Active dispensing license required as applicable under state law.
• 3+ years of related experience or training required.
• Strong customer service, communication, selling, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work professionally and comfortably with a variety of people in a busy retail environment.
