What you will do

• Drive and monitor profit, sales, and performance goals while managing operating costs, budgets, and resources.
• Oversee the eyeglass department, ensuring efficient operations, quality standards, and compliance with company policies.
• Supervise, motivate, and coach opticians, contact lens sales associates, and other store associates.
• Execute merchandising, marketing, pricing promotions, and company initiatives.
• Support staffing forecasts, recruiting, selection, retention, and the development of high-performing staff.
• Mentor potential Apprentice Opticians as permitted by law.

Requirements

• Maintain an optical license as required by the state.
• Optical sales experience; supervisory experience is preferred.
• Experience leading, coaching, and building associate relationships.
• Strong communication, organization, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze, create, and understand financial reports.
• ABO and NCLE certification.
