What you will do

• Identify and recruit qualified healthcare professionals for short-term travel assignments.
• Proactively contact prospective candidates, build relationships, understand their needs, and qualify them for opportunities.
• Educate candidates about the personal and professional benefits of travel healthcare careers.
• Generate leads through recruiting channels, strategic planning, and referrals.
• Maintain strong relationships with travel healthcare professionals and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Work toward recruiting goals while pursuing continuous improvement and career advancement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; equivalent experience in sales or staffing may be considered.
• At least 1 year of successful experience in sales, staffing agency, or another metrics-driven role.
• Strong motivation to achieve results and meet recruiting goals.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a sense of urgency.
• Client-centered mindset and passion for customer service.
• Interest in career growth and contributing to a recruiting organization.
