Associate Recruiter

Location: College Station, TX, United States. Hybrid schedule may be available after training, with eligible associates working from home up to two days per week.

What you will do

• Attract candidates and promote career opportunities.
• Act as a bridge between hiring managers and the Recruitment Department.
• Guide applicants through the onboarding process.
• Attend local and remote career fairs.
• Collaborate with colleges and universities to engage students.
• Communicate with external business partners and internal management.

Requirements

• Experience in recruiting, sales, or customer service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize daily work and adapt to constant change.
• High attention to detail and professionalism.
• Valid driver's license with fewer than two moving violations in the last three years and no OVI, DUI, or DWI violations in the last five years.
• Bachelor's degree.
