Customer Service Technician I (Medical Equipment)

Location: Fargo District, Fargo, North Dakota, United States; onsite work involving driving to healthcare locations and the district office.

What you will do

• Safely load, secure, deliver, and retrieve medical equipment from customer locations.
• Educate customers on equipment features and functionality during delivery.
• Process, clean, inspect, and test medical equipment.
• Maintain equipment inventory and complete accurate paperwork and data entry.
• Support documentation for billing, inventory control, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• At least 21 years of age and a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Current, valid, unrestricted driver’s license and a safe driving record.
• Customer service experience; hospital experience is helpful.
• Basic computer skills.
• Availability for flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and emergency off-hours supporting a 24/7 schedule.
• Ability to lift or push up to 75 pounds and stand, walk, bend, climb, crouch, kneel, and perform other physically demanding movements for extended periods.
