Senior Loan Sales Consultant (Fintech)

Location: Remote or hybrid work available in Texas and Florida. Shifts are Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday, with an 8-hour shift scheduled between 8:00am and 10:00pm CST. Start date: October 12, 2026.

Salary: $85,000–$130,000+ per year, including hourly base pay, uncapped commission, spiffs, and incentives.

What you will do

• Convert warm leads into personal loan applications and close sales within 1–2 calls.
• Manage up to 20 active transactions across different stages of the pipeline.
• Identify customer needs such as medical debt and home repairs, then explain how personal loan products can help.
• Maintain an energetic, accurate sales conversation while using Salesforce or a similar CRM.
• Exceed daily and weekly performance targets to maximize commission earnings.

Requirements

• 3+ years of recent inside sales experience; outbound call center experience is preferred.
• Proven success in commission-heavy sales roles.
• Ability to manage CRM workflows while maintaining a high-energy customer conversation.
• Ability to work an 8-hour shift that includes one weekend day, Saturday or Sunday.
