Technology Development Engineer Intern (Semiconductor)

Location: On-site in Bloomington, Minnesota, USA

Salary: $25.50–$32.20 per hour

What you will do

• Characterize electrical parametric devices using hand probing.
• Perform and evaluate semiconductor process splits.
• Measure and analyze inline wafer data, including film thickness and critical dimensions.
• Create process characterization documents.
• Support quality, safety, environmental management, CQI, 5S, yield management, and cost-containment initiatives.

Requirements

• Work toward a bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Physics.
• Be a junior-year student or higher.
• Demonstrate excellent attention to detail.
• Have strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Complete an on-site, temporary full-time internship lasting 12–13 weeks.

Nice to have

• Coursework in introductory device physics and/or semiconductor processing.
