Location: Remote from Mexico, with possible office attendance in Mexico City based on business needs

What you will do
- Design creative assets for marketing, communications, and business initiatives across digital, print, presentation, and multimedia channels.
- Translate complex concepts into clear, engaging, and on-brand visual solutions using Adobe Creative Cloud and PowerPoint.
- Create infographics, web graphics, iconography, flowcharts, presentations, and other visual communication materials.
- Develop and present creative concepts, explaining the design rationale and strategic thinking.
- Maintain IQVIA and client brand standards across all deliverables.
- Support video and motion design projects through basic editing, animation, and multimedia content development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Firefly.
- Advanced PowerPoint skills and the ability to create compelling presentations and storytelling experiences.
- Strong knowledge of print and digital design principles, web design fundamentals, HTML, CSS, and user experience considerations.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; the CV and portfolio must be submitted in English.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro and/or After Effects.
- Experience with Smartsheet, Microsoft Planner, or Workfront.
