TL;DR
Presentation Specialist (Healthcare) (PowerPoint/Visual Communication): Developing and refining client-ready PowerPoint presentations for healthcare communications, medical affairs, commercial, market access, training, and corporate communications with an accent on presentation design, complex charting, and diagram development. Focus on building PowerPoint-native graphics, optimizing Slide Masters and templates, simplifying complex information through data visualization, and quality-checking presentation functionality and accuracy.
Location: Mexico City, Mexico; hybrid with at least one office visit per month at the Rio Becerra 27, Escandón office

What you will do
- Develop, format, and enhance PowerPoint presentations using client and internal content.
- Transform draft slides, storyboards, workshop outputs, and outlines into polished, client-ready deliverables.
- Improve slide design, readability, visual hierarchy, consistency, and user experience.
- Create PowerPoint-native graphics, diagrams, timelines, process maps, frameworks, organizational charts, infographics, charts, and data visualizations.
- Maintain templates, Slide Masters, themes, presentation standards, and asset libraries.
- Review and troubleshoot complex PowerPoint files for branding, accuracy, functionality, usability, and editability while managing stakeholder feedback and deadlines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Communications, Marketing, Multimedia Design, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Advanced English proficiency is required, and the CV must be submitted in English.
- 3–5 years of experience in presentation design, PowerPoint specialization, or a related field.
- Expert-level Microsoft PowerPoint proficiency, including Slide Master and template development.
- Strong presentation design, information design, visual communication, charting, data visualization, and diagramming skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, project management, time management, communication, and collaboration skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, life sciences, medical communications, consulting, agency, or corporate environments.
- Experience working in agency environments.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Excel.
