TL;DR
Senior Graphic Designer (Packaging): Developing graphic and packaging assets for global consumer brands with an accent on brand guideline implementation, consumer-facing touchpoints, and print production. Focus on leading multiple design projects, translating marketing briefs into design solutions, and coordinating with cross-functional teams, agencies, packaging engineers, and production art managers.
Location: Mexico City, Mexico; onsite work required at the Mexico City office at least four days per week. Travel may include up to 10%.

What you will do
- Develop graphic and packaging assets for global consumer brands.
- Apply brand guidelines across packaging and other consumer-facing touchpoints.
- Translate marketing briefs into design objectives and produce deliverables with limited supervision.
- Lead design reviews, guide concepts toward final solutions, and interpret consumer and market research.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, creative and research agencies, packaging engineers, and production art project managers.
- Prepare packaging artwork files for print production and manage multiple projects.
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED or higher, including a completed and verified Mexican Bachillerato or Preparatoria certificate.
- Proficient English required.
- At least 3 years of combined experience in graphic design, consumer brand packaging, and packaging systems.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Strong organizational, time-management, problem-solving, collaboration, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Availability to work onsite in the Mexico City office at least four days per week.

- Advanced degree in Graphic Design or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong storytelling and presentation skills.
- Experience collaborating across functions and creative teams.
- Experience with remote collaboration and cloud-based workflows.
